Francis de Zulueta (1878-1958) was the son of Senor Don Pedro de Zulueta, sometime Secretary of the Spanish Embassy in London, and Laura Mary Sheil, daughter of Sir Justin Sheil, KCB. He graduated from New College, Oxford, c 1902, and after fellowships in several of the Oxford Colleges, became Regius Professor of Law at All Souls College, Oxford, 1919-1948.
